What does a face of dementia look like to you?
Through a social media campaign which launched on Sept. 21 we asked the public to tell us "what does a face of dementia look like to you?" We received some great feedback
- “it looks like the beautiful woman who raised seven children basically on her own, who taught her children well, and gave them morals and ideals that made them all better people,” Alzheimer Society of B.C. Facebook post by Lorna Howat.
- “My grandfather, who's my only male role model. It's hard to watch him disappear” Alzheimer Society of B.C. Twitter post by @bxmx
