Program Assistant, Minds In Motion program  This fitness and social program for individuals experiencing early stage memory loss, requires an assistant to help coordinate set  up / take down and, most importantly, assist attendees with their participation. Mid-term

Support Group Facilitator

 
A support group facilitator (or co-facilitator) facilitates a caregiver support group meeting, communicates with the local Support and Education Coordinator on a regular basis, maintains group attendance records and use Alzheimer Society materials to provide information to the group. Long Term – 1 year minimum is requested Maple Ridge
