On January 31, 2010, 19 communities across British Columbia will be honouring local individuals and families who have been impacted by Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia as part of the Investors Group Walk for Memories. The fundraising event is held every January as part of Alzheimer Awareness Month to raise funds that will ensure British Columbians who are living with or affected by the disease can connect to local support services and education.
